120 Bennett Listserv
120 Bennett Avenue has a private listserv (email list) for shareholders.  This listserv enables members to share information with or ask questions of the group via email, and to share a group calendar. Once a month, minutes of the Board of Directors meeting are also posted to the listserv.

PLUS: The Hudson Heights Owner Coalition is an association of owner occupied residential properties located in Hudson Heights. It holds monthly meetings and hosts a website.
